Your mission as Head of Venture Production is to create a portfolio of ventures that have a lasting impact in consumer health and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
Your Role
- You will play a pivotal role in driving the launch and growth of our portfolio ventures. This includes overseeing the end-to-end process of venture creation, from identifying and evaluating opportunities to refining concepts, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with founders, team members, and external partners.
- You will develop and execute project plans for each venture, ensuring timely and efficient progress. Define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables, and manage resources to optimize outcomes.
- You will establish and refine processes, systems, and best practices for venture production. Continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
- You will cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, including investors, advisors, service providers, and industry experts. Leverage these partnerships to access resources, expertise, and potential funding opportunities for our ventures.
- You will develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the progress and success of our ventures. Regularly track and report on performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
