Your mission as Head of Automation is to create an ecosystem where manual, repetitive tasks are replaced by seamless automation, freeing up studio to focus on innovation, creativity, and strategic initiatives. You will empower the studio to achieve greater productivity, agility, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
- You will amplify the output and effectiveness of our teams by implementing efficient systems and processes. Your responsibilities will span various areas, including software systems, process optimization, and communication strategies.
- You will identify and implement the right tools, technologies, and trainings to enhance our team's efficiency and productivity. By staying updated on emerging automation trends and best practices, you will help us leverage technology to its fullest potential.
- You will take charge of the Studio Roadmap, translating our vision into a clear and actionable plan. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will align priorities, define milestones, and manage the execution of projects.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the entire milestones and accountability process. Working closely with startup founders and team leads, you will help define OKRs, set ambitious goals, and ensure progress is tracked effectively.
- You will design and implement a lightweight process to facilitate continuous learning within our organization. By identifying knowledge gaps and providing resources, you will enable team members to acquire the skills they need to excel in their roles.
- You will develop strategies to improve internal communication and knowledge sharing. This includes streamlining information flow, establishing effective channels, and ensuring that relevant information reaches the right people in a timely manner.
